At St James’ Toowoomba and St Anne’s Highfields we are undertaking a review of our Mission Action Plan during October 2025. We would value input from you as an organisation or person who has an outside view of how we operate. We would be very grateful if you could complete these three simple questions before Thursday 16 October, ahead of our planning day.

We are collecting your comments only, without any identifying data. The answers to these questions will be aggregated into a spreadsheet and will be seen by participants in our planning workshop.
