Dr. Beth-Sarah Wright is the creator of the DIGNITY Lens©, a practical framework that helps leaders and organizations align their everyday practices with their deepest values while increasing organizational capacity and addressing adaptive challenges.

She is the Founder of Thrive With Dignity, LLC and currently serves as Acting Executive Director of the Absalom Jones Episcopal Center for Racial Healing in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta. Through her writing, speaking, leadership formation, consulting, and strategic advising, she serves schools and universities, corporations, nonprofits, dioceses, and faith communities across the United States and internationally.

Dr. Wright is the author of seven books exploring dignity, leadership, mental health, healing, and spiritual formation, including DIGNITY: Seven Strategies for Creating Authentic Community, selected as the 2023 Featured Book of the Year by the National Association of Episcopal Schools.

A former professor at New York University and Spelman College, she currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine. She holds degrees from Princeton University, University of Cambridge, and New York University.
